Join us at Valle for Chef Roberto Alcocer’s third annual Día de los Muertos Celebration in Oceanside. This deeply meaningful tradition comes to life with Chef Roberto and the Valle team dressed as Catrines and Catrinas, as they present a special 6-course Black Menu inspired by the rich culture and flavors of Mexico.

This year’s menu will feature artfully crafted dishes such as Bacalao and Drunken Wagyu with chichilo negro among other culinary delights. Each dish is thoughtfully designed to reflect the spirit of Día de los Muertos in a modern, elevated tasting menu.
