Valle's El Sillón Bar Experience offers a four-course dining experience at the intimate table rounds located in the restaurant's bar area. The menu will be exclusively curated by Chef Roberto Alcocer as he selects four dishes each night off the tasting room menu offered in Valle's main dining room. The dishes will rotate each night. For an idea of what would potentially be offered, Chef invites guests to peruse Valle's Tasting Menu which is regularly updated on Valle's website.
